Request Service

For clients in financial need and associated with one of our agencies, Auto Angels provides basic vehicle maintenance and repair services for client vehicles. A partner agency verifies that the client is experiencing a financial need and is in good standing with their agency. After the agency refers a client, an Auto Angels scheduler contacts the client to confirm the requested service and arrange a service appointment. Clients are responsible for bringing cash or check payment upon service day. Payment for parts is due upon completion of work however labor is complimentary.

    Pressing the “SUBMIT” button will send an email to you and Auto Angels. An Auto Angels scheduler will contact you within about a week. As a volunteer-run ministry, response times may vary. We may also contact your agency to better understand your situation, and if we’re able to assist, we’ll work with you to schedule service.

    • Appointment Days: Most Saturday mornings
    • Parts Cost Estimate: Approximated before appointment
    • Cancelling Appointment: Request within 48 hours
    • Vehicle Drop Off: 8:30am on your scheduled day. Unattended drop offs will be towed at client’s expense
    • Service Discussion: Upon check in, discuss expected service and your parts budget
    • Waiting: You may wait upstairs in the church lobby. For insurance and safety reasons, clients are not permitted in the garage
    • Updates: The Service Manager will keep you updated
    • Completion: You must pay and pickup your car by noon or arranged time
    • Payment: Full payment in cash or check ONLY is due upon completion
